Hold a Public Hearing to improve the system of royalties to promote Technology Transfer·Commercialization

Ministry of Science, ICT and Future Planning and KISTEP have held a public hearing to improve the system of royalties at Post Tower on August 29.
Ministry of Science, ICT and Future Planning has established the action plan for improving the system of royalties(draft) based on the policy suggestion in order to spread the performance of R&D and to achieve effectively the creative economy by supporting the virtuous structure(R&D→Technology Transfer→Payment of Royalties→Re-investment to R&D→Promotion of R&D), and tried to collect the comments through the public hearing.
