Ministry of Science, ICT and Future Planning and KISTEP have held a public hearing to improve the management system for national R&D project at the main Hall of KAIST in Daejeon, on October 30.
 
Starting from the opening address of Youngah Park, president of KISTEP and the greetings of Gihoon Baek of Head of department of Performance evaluation in Ministry of Science, ICT and Future Planning, this public hearing has been held to present the measure to improve the management system for national R&D project(draft) to create the creative environment for research, and collect the comments from the site of research.
 
For the time being, it was pointed out that the quantitative performance has been increased such as memoriesㆍpatent in national R&D project, while the innovativeㆍchallenging performance was not enough and the usageㆍdiffusion of performance such as technology transferㆍcommercialization etc. was not enough.
