Digital-Driven Enterprise Innovation and Management: Technology Transfer for the Cultivation of New Quality Productive Forces

Abstract

In the context of the new round of global technological and industrial revolution, the innovation management mode of enterprises is rapidly changing. Through the application of emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, big data and industrial Internet of Things, enterprises are moving towards the exploration of "intelligent enterprise" management practice. This paper starts from the background of the era of digital intelligence-enabled enterprise innovation management, combines the theory of innovation ecology and scenario-driven innovation, and analyses the need of digital intelligence-enabled enterprise innovation management. At the same time, it is rooted in China's new quality productivity development practice empowered by digital intelligence, taking the emerging automakers as an example, and discusses how to improve the level and efficiency of high-quality development of enterprises by empowering enterprise innovation management through digital intelligence. And then put the new approach, for the global acceleration of digital intelligence technology innovation and application, cultivate the new quality productive forces, and thus firmly promote the development of high-quality practical insights.
