Korea Institute of Science and Technology Evaluation and Planning (KISTEP) is opening the 3rd paper competition on Science and Technology Policy in Asia for scholars (PhD level).
 
The topics of interest include but are not limited to:
 
 

• R&D Management
• Science /Research Policy
• Technology Management/Policy/Strategy
• Competence/Capability (e.g. core, dynamic)
• Science and Technology Evaluation
• Innovation Management/Policy/Strategy
• Knowledge (creation, transfer, exploitation etc.)
• System(s) of Innovation (national, regional etc.)
• Learning (e.g. organizational) and Experimentation
• Product and Process Development
• Industrial Clusters

 
※ Paper can be about trend analysis of Asian countries’ science and technology policy, case studies, analytical methodology research, and etc.
※ Paper published or filed in other journals cannot be submitted here.
 
Winners will be awarded research grants of $2,000~$5,000 and will be invited to Seoul, Republic of Korea in the fall of 2012 for a policy workshop to present their work. Additionally, winning papers will be published in Asian Research Policy, published by KISTEP
 
The deadline for the submission of abstracts is April 30, 2012.
