Open Forum about royalty for national R&D programs

While various problems are being raised about ‘royalty’ for national R&D programs, an open forum was organized to discuss the issue and seek ways to improve the system. KISTEP held an ‘Open Forum about National R&D Program Royalty System’ at Seoul KyoYuk MunHwa HoeKwan on October 12.
Yang Dong-Woo, professor of Hoseo University, talked about ‘a Research on Ways to Improve the Government Royalty System’ and Kim Hae-Do, leader of R&D Performance Management Team of National Research Foundation of Korea talked about ‘Problems and Directions of Improvement of National R&D Program Royalty.’
