The 1st ‘Let’s Talk about the Future of S&T’
 

The inaugural event of ‘Let’s talk about the future of S&T,’ hosted by National Science & Technology Commission and organized by KISTEP, was held at LG Convention Hall of Ewha Womans University on January 17.
Under the theme of ‘Hopeful Workplaces and the Future Vision,’ the event featured an open meeting and talks between those majoring in natural sciences and engineering and their seniors, Song Jeong-Hui, Senior Executive Vice President at Korea Telecom, called the ’Soft power of IT Industries’ and Choi Young-Ju, professor at POSTEC and ‘genius of mathematics.’
 

The seniors shared their success knowhow and failure stories with the juniors through their lectures and a Q/A session, presenting a vision and delivering a message of hope to the next-generation S&T human resources of the country.
