KISTEP Lee Jang-Jae, senior research fellow, awarded the 14th Song-Gok Science and Technology Award

Lee Jang-Jae, Senior Research Fellow of KISTEP won the 14th Song-Gok Science and Technology Award hosted by Korea Institute of Science and Technology.
His major accomplishments were: ▲ Contributions to the development of KOFST Policy Research Institute to a think tank and devotion to the establishment of Pan-Korea Association of S&T Organizations as a working-level administrator ▲ Theorization and Writing of S&T Innovation Policies (Book: Essays on S&T Policies, April 2011).
Song-Gok Science and Technology Award is awarded annually to a young Korean scientist who has achieved a world level research results for the development of the national S&T in honor of Dr. Songgok Choi Hyung-Seop (the first president of KIST and the Minister of Science and Technology). The award is given in a four-year cycle to the area of new materials development & research three times and to S&T policy management once. The 14th award was given to the area of S&T policy management.
