National Science & Technology Commission held the ‘Photovoltaic R&D Fair’ at Sejong University on April 6, 2012 that was planned to discuss the development direction of photovoltaic R&D and to exchange and collaborate between researchers.

The forum was organized by KISTEP under the joint auspices of Presidential Committee on Green Growth, Ministry of Education, Science and Technology, and Ministry of Knowledge Economy. About 170 researchers responsible for studying on the photovoltaic researches and about 400 interested persons from industry-university-institute and government attended the event to introduce the national and international trends and research cases on the photovoltaic industry and to present the government’s photovoltaic R&D investment direction.
