KISTEP, The Korean Federation of Science and Technology Societies (KOFST), Science & Technology Policy Institute (STEPI), and University of Science and Technology (UST) signed the MOU to foster professional human resources of science and technology policies on July 17, 2012 at Seoul Palace Hotel.

Through this MOU, four organizations plan to collaborate together by the use of research infrastructures and exchanges of policy experts combining the theories and practices.
