KISTEP held a ceremony commemorating its 25th anniversary on Thursday, February 1, 2024. The event consisted of a commemorative speech by President Byung-Seon Jeong, various awards, and a cake cutting ceremony.

President Byung-Seon Jeong praised the hard work of the employees in his commemorative speech and said, "I would like to thank everyone from all walks of life who has watched KISTEP with affection and interest until it became what it is today, an innovative think-tank representing Korea." "With a sense of responsibility commensurate with the calling of the times, we will strive to improve national competitiveness and the quality of life of the people through effective policy alternatives," he added.
